Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly sanitized and stored, and assisting with food preparation and production tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a clean and safe kitchen area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine, ensuring all dishes are properly sanitized.
  • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are put away in their designated storage areas.
  • Organize the dish room, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
  • Clean food preparation and production areas, including equipment and utensils.
  • Haul kitchen trash and recyclables to designated areas.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health and safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including trash and equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen cleaning and sanitation procedures.
