Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on warehouse machinery, conveyor systems, and overall building infrastructure.
  • Execute routine preventive maintenance on mechanical handling devices such as conveyors, compressors, and pallet jacks.
  • Address mechanical failures and replace faulty components, utilizing techniques such as welding and soldering.
  • Perform repairs on mechanical handling systems, storage structures, and other essential warehouse components.
  • Utilize mechanical hand tools and measuring instruments effectively.
  • Dismantle machinery to remove and replace defective parts as necessary.
  • Manage inventory of equipment parts and supplies, ensuring timely stock checks and orders.
  • Educate production staff on routine preventive maintenance practices.
  • Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and risk management procedures.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or injuries promptly.
  • Engage in regular safety meetings, training sessions, and hazard assessments.

Work Environment
