The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead Educator. As a key member of our staff, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our young learners.

The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing curriculum, monitoring student progress, and providing individualized support to students. The successful candidate will also be expected to collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas and approaches.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, and at least 2 years' work experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten or early childhood program.

Experience in a Reggio Emilia inspired school is highly desirable, as is knowledge of Project Based Learning. Strong leadership skills, computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and teacher certification or license from any agency are also highly valued.
