Work Locations:

This role will involve assignments at various sites across the Bay Area.


Shift Requirements:
On-call availability is essential. Candidates must be prepared to work during weekends and holidays based on their availability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incidents and report activities at client locations.
  • Provide security for events, public and private venues, and gatherings.
  • Conduct mobile patrols as necessary.
  • Follow site-specific Post Orders diligently.
  • Perform regular patrols to identify irregularities and inspect safety equipment.
  • Monitor assigned areas on foot, checking for hazards, security breaches, and unauthorized individuals.
  • Make emergency calls when required.
  • Engage with individuals in various situations, including the homeless.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
  • Maintain logs and reports as needed.
  • Utilize tracking technology throughout the assigned site.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Note: Failure to accept shifts as agreed upon may lead to changes in employment status.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a valid BSIS Security Guard Card License is required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Some locations may have restrictions on visible tattoos and piercings.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong report writing and customer service skills.
  • Professional demeanor is essential.
  • Must pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Work Environment:
Both indoor and outdoor settings, including construction sites.
