Travel Nurse RN - PCU - Progressive Care Unit
About the RoleIDR Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate travel nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on the healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, assessing patients' needs, developing individualized plans of care, and implementing interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, share knowledge, and enhance overall patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, including assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
- A current RN license in the state of Oregon.
- At least 1 year of experience in a PCU or similar critical care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
