Position Summary:
We are seeking a Configuration Control Analyst to join our Mechanical Engineering Department, focusing on Floor Change Control Board (FCCB) activities.


Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage configuration control activities related to the identification, regulation, and documentation of engineering materials in line with contractual obligations.
- Develop and maintain procedures to process engineering documents for all assigned initiatives, ensuring adherence to policies and timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to review engineering change data and ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards.
- Verify work project notifications to ensure the accuracy of contractual reporting requirements.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain and update FCCB SharePoint records as necessary.
- Track and report on project progress, participating in data collection and reporting to management.
- Serve as a representative for FCCB by addressing routine inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Participate in change control meetings, documenting and distributing meeting minutes.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.


Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is typically required, along with six or more years of progressive experience in government or commercial configuration management. Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- A solid understanding of configuration management principles, relevant governmental regulations, and the ability to apply these concepts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage work phases efficiently.
- Capability to identify appropriate approaches at the task or project level and devise solutions for non-routine challenges.
- Excellent communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel and management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.


Salary: $73,700 - $128,780
