Key Responsibilities:- Adhere to Pediatric Telephone Protocols for effectively managing triage inquiries and addressing concerns from parents or guardians regarding their child's health, medications, immunizations, lab results, and symptoms of illness.
- Serve as a crucial liaison between healthcare providers and the families of patients.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved.
- Accurately document all interactions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Team to proactively resolve any issues that may arise.
We seek candidates who have completed an accredited nursing program and hold a valid Nurse's license in the State of South Carolina.
