As a Home Inspector at GreenWorks, your role will encompass conducting inspections across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Phase, Investor, Engineering Assistance, Mold, and Environmental assessments. You will foster strong client relationships through effective communication, whether via phone, email, or in-person interactions during inspections. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating clear and concise reports on-site, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic.
Key Responsibilities:- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Hold a Texas Real Estate Commission license as a Home Inspector or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Conduct inspections in both residential and commercial settings.
- Demonstrate essential customer service skills.
- Maintain flexibility to work five or six days a week.
- Engage in physical tasks such as walking on roofs, navigating crawlspaces, and lifting heavy items.
- Guaranteed minimum of 4-5 inspections per week.
- Error and Omissions Coverage after six months of employment.
- Mileage Accountability Program available.
- Paid vacation after 90 days of service.

- Up to $3000 allocated for Tools and Technology.
