Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating Quality Assurance activities in the assigned testing department. The incumbent will review regulatory processes and policies in accordance with company policy, state, and federal requirements. The position will also support inspection readiness at all times.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate Quality Assurance activities in the assigned testing department
* Review regulatory processes and policies in accordance with company policy, state, and federal requirements
* Support inspection readiness at all times
* Collaborate with management in the testing department to investigate and resolve nonconformances
* Audit training and competency program for assigned testing department
* Train staff in assigned department on Quality Assurance policies and procedures
* Coordinate departmental internal and external proficiency testing activities
* Support compliance with document control policies for all procedures and related documents used in the assigned testing department's quality program

Requirements

* At least 6 years of progressive laboratory experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* ASCP Certification
