What You'll Do

As a CDL-A driver for our private fleet, you'll be responsible for making no-touch freight deliveries of merchandise to Walmart locations within your assigned region. You'll work closely with our logistics team to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.

Requirements

* 30 months of previous CDL-A experience in the last 48 months
* A safe driving record and continuous dedication to upholding high safety standards

Eligibility Requirements

* Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement (including cleared background check) or will obtain HAZMAT endorsement (with cleared background check) within 120 calendar days of date of hire
* Minimum of 30 months experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 4 years or successful completion of the Walmart Fleet Development Academy Program
* No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years
* No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years
* No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years
* No preventable DOT recordable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last ten (10) years
* Must currently live within 250 miles of the assigned facility or willing to establish a residence within 250 miles by 90 days from hire date
