About the Role:
TotalMed is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Labor and Delivery professional. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $120,000 per annum (estimated), with opportunities for additional income through bonuses and overtime. Our salary is competitive with the California market and reflects the level of expertise required for this role.
About the Job:
You will work closely with obstetricians and other medical professionals to provide exceptional care to patients during childbirth. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a valid RN license, at least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, and a strong understanding of obstetric and neonatal care. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
