Role Overview

We're seeking a Strategic Program Director to lead multiple high-risk, complex Finance projects and/or programs with or without technology. As a key member of our Finance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of cross-functional business activities within the project's scope, timelines, and budget.

  • Develop and implement project plans, finalize scope, and negotiate resources.
  • Enhance communication and promote collaboration between Finance and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate project issues, providing risk mitigation recommendations.

You'll work closely with Finance stakeholders, IT, and external resources as needed to deliver exceptional results in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple high-risk, complex Finance projects and/or programs with or without technology.
  • Tracking and reporting project deliverables, milestones, and progress.
