Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who has demonstrated success in shaping marketing strategies and executing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, Digital, Product, and Sales, to execute marketing programs effectively.
  • Communicate and align strategies across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing briefs and partner with creative teams to achieve objectives.
  • Utilize consumer insights to understand target audiences, their journeys, and purchase barriers, integrating these insights into marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate program performance to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen partnerships.
  • Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and best practices to continually innovate and implement effective strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in B2C marketing and comprehensive campaign management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams to achieve significant results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to translate strategic objectives into effective marketing assets.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
