Position Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who has demonstrated success in shaping marketing strategies and executing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
This role requires a collaborative spirit, engaging with various stakeholders to enhance the consumer experience while focusing on the details necessary for effective brand promotion. You will utilize a variety of skills, including data analysis, content strategy, project management, and digital marketing, to drive awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, defining objectives, target demographics, tactics, deliverables, timelines, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize, plan, and implement integrated marketing initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, Digital, Product, and Sales, to execute marketing programs effectively.
- Communicate and align strategies across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Oversee the creation of marketing briefs and partner with creative teams to achieve objectives.
- Utilize consumer insights to understand target audiences, their journeys, and purchase barriers, integrating these insights into marketing strategies.
- Evaluate program performance to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen partnerships.
- Stay informed about the latest marketing trends and best practices to continually innovate and implement effective strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years in B2C marketing and comprehensive campaign management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams to achieve significant results.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to translate strategic objectives into effective marketing assets.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
