Warehouse Director

Performance Food Group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient order fulfillment, building a culture of safety, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including order selection, receiving, and inventory management of foodservice products.
• Direct supervision of 100+ associates, including Warehouse Managers and Supervisors, covering three different shifts.
• Manage and coordinate warehouse activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient use of resources.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, improve inventory management, and reduce costs.
• Analyze profit and loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of Warehouse Leadership experience with a team of 75+ employees, including managers and supervisors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, drive results, and meet deadlines
• Ability to flex schedule to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift
• Strong analytical ability, experience with budgeting and profit and loss
• Experience with OSHA, FDA, USDA, and other regulatory agencies

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, inventory, or related field
• 6+ years of Warehouse Leadership experience with a team of 75+ employees, including managers and supervisors
• Experience working in foodservice
• Experience working in a union environment
