Job Description:

As a Senior Engineering Director, you will oversee the planning and execution of daily production activity, direct and manage operations to improve performance through continuous improvement methodology and problem analysis, and support the Company's overall Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Preventative Maintenance Program in the facility, ensuring that program meets all quality and safety standards.
  • Oversee and direct the planning and execution of daily production activity.
  • Direct and manage operations to improve performance through continuous improvement methodology and problem analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.
  • 10+ years engineering, continuous improvement, manufacturing technology, validation experience.
  • 5+ years management experience.
  • 5+ years in a regulated industry.
