Exercise Professional

At Delta Health Alliance, we are committed to helping our members achieve their health and wellness goals. As an Exercise Professional, you will play a vital role in this process by serving as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for our members.

We are looking for a dedicated and dependable individual who can provide exceptional customer service, motivate and educate members on proper exercise techniques, and help them reach their fitness goals. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting members as they enter the center and assisting with check-in and enrollment
• Maintaining a high level of commitment to meeting the needs of all members and guests
• Encouraging members to reach their fitness and wellness goals through personalized training sessions and group classes
• Recruiting members to take advantage of our group exercise classes and personal training sessions

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• National accredited fitness training certification or a bachelor's degree in a health-related field
• At least two years of personal training experience
• CPR certification
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Dedication, dependability, and the ability to multitask
• A team-oriented mindset, reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality
