Bowlero Lane Server Job Description

As a Lane Server at Bowlero, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly to guests
  • Review orders for accuracy and make change as needed
  • Check back with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met and answer any questions they may have
  • Clean tables and return dishes to the kitchen/bar
  • Set up, stock, and organize your work area
  • Learn the menu and be able to answer questions about our offerings
