Job Summary

VadaTech Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Coordinator to manage inventory levels, perform kitting duties, and issue parts to the production floor. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely delivery of components, and collaborating with the production team to meet distribution demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming receiving inspection for purchased components
  • Kit new work orders and issue parts for shortage and scraps
  • Organize stockroom for new and existing components
  • Cleanliness of stockroom area
  • Perform cycle counts for monthly and year-end inventory
Requirements
  • General computer skills
  • Knowledge of electronic package types
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of electronic component types and packaging
  • Ability to read and understand engineering assembly documents
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
  • Fluent domain of the English language
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems
  • Stockroom experience
