Job Summary:
We are looking for a Medical Laboratory Specialist to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory science and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples
- Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment
- Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- ASCP certification or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting
