About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Northern Cardinal Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents
  • Provide direct resident care duties, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to licensed nursing personnel
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Current Nursing Assistant certification from the state
  • Current/active CPR certification, preferred
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity
  • Ability to lift fifty (50) or more pounds
  • Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day
  • Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one (1) hour at a time
Work Schedule

This Certified Nursing Assistant position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends.
