We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, providing high-quality client service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Provide high-quality client service, including coordinating audits, reviewing financial statements, and communicating with clients
- Assess risk and design audit procedures to ensure effective risk management
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their professional development
- Manage multiple engagement teams and prepare end-of-engagement evaluations for staff
- Understand and utilize RSM's Audit Methodology and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- BS/BA Degree in Accounting or equivalent degree
- CPA or CA Certification
- 5+ years of current or recent experience in a public accounting environment
- Experience leading teams and mentoring associates
- Understanding of audit services, including GAAP, GAAS, and FASB/IFRS regulations
- A successful record of directing and deploying staff and senior associates on multiple, simultaneous engagements
We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package, including a salary range of $86,500 - $163,900, and a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance. We also offer flexibility in your schedule, empowering you to balance life's demands, while also maintaining your ability to serve clients.
