Resumen del Especialista en Mantenimiento
- Reparaciones Eléctricas/Electrónicas
- Experiencia en diagnóstico, reparación y programación menor, por ejemplo, cargar/descargar programas a PLC.
- Experiencia y habilidades sólidas en diagnóstico, reparación y mantenimiento de:
- Sistemas de transmisión de máquinas (VFD's)
- Controles de temperatura termopares (RTD, J, K) y SSR's.
- Sistemas eléctricos trifásicos, motores, interruptores, arrancadores y sobrecargas.
- Conocimientos básicos de electricidad.
- Experiencia con dimensionamiento de conductos y cables.
- Capacidad para utilizar Multímetros Digitales, Pinzas Amperimétricas, Manómetros.
Requisitos del Especialista en Mantenimiento
- Capacidad para trabajar con PCs.
- Uso de internet para identificar piezas y equipos.
- Uso de software para comunicación.
- Uso de software de informes e inventario.
- Capacidad física para maniobrar en áreas confinadas.
Información Adicional
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia como técnico de máquinas de moldeo por inyección.
- Experiencia eléctrica y capacidad de diagnóstico, debe ser capaz de leer planos eléctricos.
- Experiencia hidráulica y capacidad de diagnóstico, debe ser capaz de leer planos hidráulicos.
- Debe ser capaz de leer y descifrar dibujos mecánicos.
- Capaz de realizar mantenimiento preventivo de máquinas y equipos y llevar un registro detallado de dichas actividades.
- Debe tener sus propias herramientas.
- Debe poseer una licencia de conducir y un vehículo. (Se requiere conducción ocasional).
- Capacidad para levantar y transportar 50 lbs.
- Debe ser capaz de realizar mediciones precisas con herramientas manuales.
- Capaz de buscar y especificar suministros y piezas para la reparación de máquinas y mantener registros detallados.
