Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facility systems and manufacturing equipment. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with millwright skills, including CNC machinery, crane hoists, and welders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems and manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot issues and execute repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to update and optimize PLC programs.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on crane hoists and other lifting equipment.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts to ensure safety and reliability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years' experience utilizing millwright skills, including installation, alignment, and precision adjustment of machinery.
  • 3+ years' experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines, crane hoists, and welding equipment.
  • 3+ years' experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to work 2nd shift.
  • Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and move 50 lbs. or more.
  • Ability to stand on concrete for extended periods of time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Electrical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical systems.
  • Proven experience maintaining and repairing PLC systems.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
  • Proven history of long-term employment.
