About the Role

As a Pest Control Professional at Arrow Exterminators, you'll play a vital part in ensuring homes are pest-free sanctuaries. Your day will revolve around creating lifelong client relationships and providing peace of mind to our valued customers.



A Typical Day:

You'll inspect sites, determine prescribed treatments, and prepare areas for treatment. Armed with a commercial backpack mist duster, you'll apply various wood-destroying organism treatments-installing termite bait stations, trenching, drilling, and spraying. Your expertise transforms spaces, providing a safe environment for our clients.



What It Takes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing and certification exams
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

No experience necessary; we'll train the right person.

Compensation Package:
