We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Stirrups, a fine dining steakhouse. As a key member of our Food & Beverage Division, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute seasonal menus in collaboration with the Hotel Executive Chef
  • Maintain food costs and uphold kitchen hygiene and safety standards
  • Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Collaborate with key departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of luxury culinary experience
  • Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and services
  • Desire to continually enhance culinary experience
  • Basic computer skills and excellent teaching, coaching, and training skills
