Gaming Device Specialist

Job Summary

Fantasy Springs Resort Casino is seeking a skilled Gaming Device Specialist to maintain our gaming devices in optimal working condition. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Gaming Device Department's preventive maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in gaming devices.
• Maintain the Gaming Device On-Line System.
• Ensure accurate records are kept.
• Provide technical guidance to slot floor personnel.
• Configure and relocate gaming devices as required.
• Manage access to sensitive areas, including the Gaming Device Maintenance Shop and Bill Validator Key.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position will mentor and guide the Slot Technician I.

Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Formal technical training is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Slot Technician is necessary.
• The ability to move gaming devices and equipment is crucial.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are vital.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
