We are seeking a dedicated Medical Oncologist to join our esteemed practice, which boasts a collaborative team environment and no on-call obligations. This role will primarily focus on managing prostate cancer cases, ensuring a balanced workload with convenient travel arrangements.
Practice Environment:
- A flourishing practice with a diverse patient demographic, supported by 2 Nurse Practitioners.
- Access to Radiology Oncologists, Oncology-trained Urologists, and a comprehensive support staff.
- In-house pharmacy services available, utilizing Allscripts for charting.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM
- No on-call duties
- No hospital rounds required
- Flexible options for part-time or full-time engagement.
Clinical Focus:
- Majority of cases will be prostate-related (approximately 95%), with a smaller focus on kidney and bladder conditions.
- In-office infusion services, primarily overseeing oral oncolytics, with limited infusion cases.
Travel and Accommodations:
- Travel arrangements will be provided for your convenience.
- Multiple airlines facilitate easy access to the practice location.
- Nearby major cities are within a short driving distance.
