Job Summary: The BODYBAR Pilates Sales Associate (SA) plays a crucial role in supporting the Studio Manager with the acquisition of new members and the retention of current members through effective sales and exceptional customer service.

This is a part-time position that may require availability during weekends, early mornings, and evenings, reporting directly to the Studio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the studio's sales strategy, including lead generation, management, and conversion.
  • Perform member retention activities.
  • Meet daily tasks, booking, and sales targets.
  • Engage in community events to promote the studio.
  • Document member bookings.
  • Foster a sense of community within the studio by interacting with members before and after classes.

Qualifications:

  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to drive membership, retail, and private training sales.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills, both in-person and through digital channels.
  • Passionate about fitness and wellness.
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual.
  • Competent with technology and studio management software.
  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.
