Are you looking for a challenging role in finance where you can utilize your analytical skills to manage credit risk? Do you have experience in billing, collections, and accounts receivable? We are seeking a Credit Associate to join our team at Randstad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage credit hold policy, reviewing customer account status, payment, and collections.
- Provide communications to marketing associates on customer accounts, handling escalated collection accounts.
- Perform regular review of customer files to manage risk and remain compliant with audit controls.
- Make recommendations on bad debt management.
- Account set-ups - Gather and analyze credit applicants' financial data to evaluate risk, assess creditworthiness, and review, analyze, and approve or deny customer credit applications.
- Support the Credit Manager and finance department to ensure customer expectations and company goals are met.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in credit analysis, administration, or collections.
- Experience level: Experienced.
