About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Unit Assistant to join our team at Pocahontas Center - Marlinton, WV. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide non-direct patient care to achieve positive patient outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
  • Report changes in patients' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
  • Make unoccupied patient beds and assist with the dining program.
  • Ensure patients are ready for scheduled rehabilitation therapy and transport them to the rehabilitation area.
  • Manage patient personal belongings.

Requirements
