Job Summary
Country Meadows of Northampton Assoc is seeking an experienced Memory Care Activities Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of memory support programs that promote the health, well-being, and socialization of our residents with dementia.

About the Role
As a Memory Care Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading various activities, including cognitive stimulation, sensory experiences, and social events. Your duties will also include maintaining accurate records of resident participation, communicating with caregivers and families, and contributing to the overall success of our memory support program.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Prior experience in retirement living or a related field.
  • A valid Driver's license.
  • The ability to perform physical tasks required in this type of role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $19-21/hr. based on prior experience.
