Job Overview:


A Room Attendant Supervisor will carry out the same responsibilities as a Room Attendant while also acting as the main contact for inquiries and may be assigned specific projects.

This role is chiefly accountable for ensuring that guest rooms, corridors, and communal areas are kept clean and appealing, servicing guest rooms daily in line with hotel protocols, stocking carts with necessary supplies, changing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities while adhering to company standards and safety/security protocols.


Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.

Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.


This position demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.

Must be capable of conveying information and ideas clearly.

Must be able to assess and choose among different courses of action swiftly and accurately.

Must thrive in high-pressure and stressful situations.

Job Duties:
Must possess flexible availability to meet the hotel’s requirements.

Approach all interactions with guests and staff in a courteous, service-oriented manner.


Maintain consistent attendance in accordance with company standards as required by scheduling, which will fluctuate based on the hotel’s needs.


Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the designated uniform and name tag while on duty (as per brand standards).

Adhere to company standards and regulations at all times to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms each shift.

Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including but not limited to guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart preparation.

Remove all waste and soiled linen from guest rooms.

May assist in inspecting rooms and/or overseeing room attendant duties as needed.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Compensation:
Minimum: USD $15.74/Hr.

Mid: USD $18.89/Hr.

Maximum: USD $22.67/Hr.
