As a licensed Senior Clinician with our team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans that address the complex needs of adolescents.
We are seeking an experienced clinician who possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of DBT principles, and a passion for working with diverse populations.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of direct experience working with children and adolescents, as well as a Master's degree in a related field and independent licensure as a LICSW, LMFT or LMHC.
In this full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, you will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy, developing and maintaining individual service plans, and supervising case management and advocacy for youth.
You will also work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services, including crisis prevention intervention techniques.
This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000, plus a 6% bilingual salary increase for candidates fluent in the required language. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is also available for qualified applicants.
