  • Experience in Management, Leadership, or Hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to train and develop employees from entry-level positions onward.
  • High degree of adaptability is essential.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Flexible working hours (availability for one weekend day per week is required).
  • Demonstrates ownership; listens attentively; possesses a strong sense of accountability; and the capability to coach and mentor a team.
