Tanning Specialist

The Tanning Representative is a key member of our Relax and Recover team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in our tanning department.

• Provide expert guidance to customers on safe tanning practices, UV bed options, and spray tan services.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer needs and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Develop and implement social media and community outreach strategies to promote our tanning services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including paperwork and goal tracking.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environments.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• SmartTan certification (provided by Fitness Ventures LLC).
• Salon management and sales experience preferred.
