Key Responsibilities:
A typical day at MySpot is dynamic and fulfilling, requiring empathy, analytical skills, and a commitment to enhancing children's lives.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient objectives.
- Provide speech and language therapy sessions to patients with a range of needs, including articulation disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders, aphasia, and cognitive-communication disorders.
- Educate patients and their families or caregivers about speech disorders, treatment plans, and home exercises to support ongoing progress.
- Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of practice.
