Job Summary:

About the Role:
The Residential Leasing Expert will serve as the primary point of contact for all potential customers. When prospects visit in person, they will highlight the advantages of living in our community, including touring properties, explaining amenities, reviewing price options, and completing lease paperwork. Following up on customer leads from phone calls and online requests is also imperative in assisting with marketing efforts. Additionally, the Leasing Consultant will generate qualified traffic by becoming involved in the local community and participating in outreach programs.

Skill Set:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Adaptability: Understand and meet the needs of clients with different backgrounds.
  • Organization: Manage property rental availability and organize lease files.
  • Proficient Computer Skills: Run applications, print leases, etc.
  • Ability to Multitask: Handle and prioritize various projects.

Required Experience:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Previous job experience as a Restaurant Staff/Servers, Retail Sales, or Hospitality staff is desirable.
