The LHCSA Home Health Aide Recruiter plays a vital role in recruitment and identifying Home Health Aides to join our LHCSA team. The Recruiter focuses on identifying and working with candidates who currently hold a certification as a Home Health Aide.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will execute high-volume, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for new staff members within our homecare agency. This includes ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and internal policies and procedures. Additionally, the Recruiter will follow up on leads from health plans and internal staff, leverage the Home Health Registry to locate eligible potential HHAs, maintain a presence at healthcare job fairs, and create open house events.
The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date notes in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), coordinating follow-up interviews with required team members, and being a great problem-solver, able to work under time-pressure and multitask while remaining composed.
Requirements and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting home health aides in a similar environment. Fluency in Spanish (Bilingual Spanish/English) is a must, along with high energy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience with behavioral-based interviewing and Applicant Tracking Systems.
