Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Best Western Northwest Indiana Inn, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for our guests, from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests, assign rooms, and accommodate special requests
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Process guest check-outs, handle monetary transactions, and maintain customers' privacy
  • Communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hotel-related experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight
