Key Responsibilities
  • Lab Operations: Perform all processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate and efficient laboratory operations.
  • Sterile Technique: Utilize sterile technique at all times to maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
  • Laminar Flow Hoods and HEPA Filtration: Demonstrate active knowledge of working under laminar flow hoods and HEPA filtered environments.
  • Communication: Communicate any occurrence to team leaders and/or supervisors immediately to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Lab Maintenance: Maintain the laboratory area clean and sterile at all times, and ensure individual monthly responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assistance: Assist in receiving roller bottles in labs and holding areas, and assist with candling and racking of eggs in the Incubation department.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely manufacturing records.
  • Safety and Awareness: Actively promote safety and awareness in the laboratory, adhering to safety practices at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional Skills: HS Diploma, and additional skills and qualifications as required by the role.
