Key Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medication, insulin, and IV fluids, and document patient progress and recovery.
- Assess and Document Patient Conditions: Monitor patient vital signs, blood/stool/urine, glucose, and report any changes or concerns to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Inspect and Care for Wounds: Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and deliver appropriate treatments for patient injuries and infections.
- Deliver Quality Patient Care: Provide one-on-one patient care, assess patient needs, and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position.
- Certifications: Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
- Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
- Preferred Experience: Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, but not required.
