Job Summary

PACCAR is a Fortune 500 company established in 1905, recognized as a global leader in the commercial vehicle, financial, and customer service fields. We are seeking a highly motivated student to join our Service Platforms group as an Analyst intern.

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Platforms Analyst intern, you will work in three different teams: Service Management, Service Bulletins, and Service Manuals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Gathering information, analyzing data, and assisting in special projects.
2. Creating visualizations and reports to communicate findings to various stakeholders.
3. Working with product managers and business teams to gather requirements, data context, and foster data-driven decision making across the organization.
4. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
2. Experience with data analytics, data modeling, data management, and data reporting and visualization (Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools).
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. General knowledge of automotive systems/components.
6. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including the ability to balance multiple priorities.
