Job Summary

This Fire Alarm Sales And Service technician role involves installing and repairing alarm wiring and equipment for commercial clients across Oregon. As a valued member of our team at C & S Fire-Safe Services LLC, you will work closely with our office staff to deliver exceptional results and maintain high customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, you will need a strong background in security installation, maintenance, or related fields, combined with excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. A Current Oregon Limited Energy Class A License is also required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Alarm System Installation: Install and program new alarm and security systems to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support services for alarms and security systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs and preferences, delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintenance and Updates: Conduct regular maintenance and updates on alarm systems to ensure they remain secure and functional.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of service parts inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize delays.
