Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Staples, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks to move product within the warehouse.
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Verify accuracy of product and work with colleagues to address discrepancies and damages.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to clarify and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permissible legally.
  • Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).
  • Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
  • Ability to lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70 pounds and 100 pounds by hand.
