Park View Community Mission is seeking a highly skilled and organized Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, which is the backbone of our Food for Thought program.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the daily safety and productivity of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of food and product inventory, including weekend meal bags, donations, and pantry supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space and improve inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Food for Thought Director to ensure that all warehouse operations align with the program's mission and goals.
  • Supervise and train volunteers and staff members on warehouse procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Technical or Associates degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in warehouse management or supply chain logistics.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
