We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beauty Consultant to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for representing our client, Dyson, and their premium line of hair styling products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Share your passion for the Dyson brand with store associates and customers
  • Conduct interactive styling demos & product presentations to individuals and groups
  • Provide engaging beauty consultations and expert product knowledge advice to increase sales
  • Train store personnel to communicate Dyson information with confidence
  • Help maintain visual product display standards at shopfront
  • Establish positive professional connections with store leaders and beauty advisors
  • Participate in paid training sessions and team conference calls
  • Complete surveys with feedback and pictures after each shift

Requirements:

  • Valid cosmetology license preferred, but not required
  • High energy and strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience in hair styling and/or working in a salon environment
  • Experience in retail, customer service, and/or sales preferred
  • Access to reliable vehicle transportation to commute to assigned stores
  • Must adhere to dress code/professional appearance standards and demeanor
  • Access to a smart device to complete reporting and communicate with district manager
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

  • The Wage Range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour commensurate with experience
