About the RoleAs a Critical Access Emergency Department RN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and competent care to patients in our emergency setting. This position requires quick thinking, effective communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Education: Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Experience: 1+ years' experience in emergency nursing
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
