We are seeking a highly skilled Drafter to join our team at our Hannibal, MO location.

About the Role:

The Drafter will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents, including 2D drawings and 3D models, to support our metal fabrication and machine shop services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed technical drawings and models using SolidWorks.
  • Collaborate with engineers to understand and translate technical information into draftable formats.
  • Store and manage electronic drawings, models, and revisions in our Product Data Management database.
  • Acquire and incorporate third-party supplier models and drawings into our assemblies and Bills-Of-Material.
  • Prepare and release Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) to production teams.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-year degree or certification in technical drafting.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and 3D design software.
  • Strong knowledge of drafting systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
