Parking and Guest Services Specialist

Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property, ensuring vehicles are legally parked and maintaining a smooth flow of traffic. Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas/levels, reporting any hazards or unauthorized personnel to the manager. Communicate parking procedures to guests and re-route traffic when the parking facility reaches maximum capacity. Review shift logs and document pertinent information. Provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and services. Complete nightly audits of parked vehicles and resolve discrepancies. Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
