Position Overview

As a Radiation Therapist, your role will involve executing specialized technical tasks in radiation therapy and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively utilize electronic systems
  • Assist with administrative functions
  • Exhibit technical proficiency in generating high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes while prioritizing patient safety
  • Conduct imaging for patients across all age groups and medical conditions
  • Confirm patient identification and document exam indications
  • Provide necessary education to patients and their families in accordance with departmental protocols
  • Maintain punctuality and comply with company policies
  • Engage positively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple priorities efficiently

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: 1 year of acute care experience or equivalent

Education/Licensure/Certification:

  • Active CRT license in California
  • Current ARRT license in Radiation Therapy
  • Active fluoroscopy license in California (preferred)
  • Valid BCLS certification
